The vision behind our newest ceviche gastrobar is one of a lively place serving bold-flavored dishes, unique cocktails and a vast selection of local and crafted beers. Inspired by top restaurants in Peru and designed by Celano Design Studio, Pisco y Nazca’s atmosphere is casual, trendy and fun with a touch of subtle sophistication.

Staff was a bit all over the place, seating was a bit crammed where we needed to lean left and right as people walked by. Drinks were good, and the lomo saltado sushi was incredible. Everything else tasted, OK borderline basic unfortunately. Decent overall as an intro to peruvian food, but not the place i would take someone to impress them. More to just eat because we’re close by and everything else is packed. Unfortunately, will not come back here.
