Our extensive and whimsical cocktail menu features Vanderpump classics and nods to the Flamingo’s beginnings, like the Pinky’s Martini, served tableside on a vintage gold tray. Other offerings include the Pump & Bump (a caviar martini served with a pearl spoonful of caviar on a gold plate) and the Daddy Issues (a white peach French 75 topped with pink cotton candy). Our kitchen, open nightly until 10PM, features elevated bar staples and twists on Las Vegas classics, with elegant and unique presentations. The Deviled Egg Gardens feature five upright deviled eggs with decadent toppings, such as lobster, crab salad, caviar, bacon and blue cheese, and cornichon. Wagyu Sliders are finished with roasted shishito peppers and dill pickle tater tots. The Pinky’s Shrimp Cocktail arrives in an oversized martini glass with ice-cold smoke pouring out. Our Signature Birdcages offer a stunning presentation of cheese and accoutrements or charcuterie.

    Everything was great except my biggest pet peeve....our appetizers (which were ordered a while after drinks) showed up and were eaten before we got our drinks. Food was FANTASTIC.

    Vanderpump never gets it wrong! The decor is immaculate and the food is spectacular ! Our server Sarah was wonderful the staff is fully attentive and kind. Definitely pay a visit every single item for everyone in our group was delicious !

    Enjoyed our experience. Cocktails are excellent. The food is o.k. Our waitress was very accommodating. I don't think I would go back, one time was enough for me.

    The atmosphere is gorgeous. The service was crummy. The server took a very long time to take our drink and food orders. There was way too much time in between. My order did not come out with the rest of my family’s food. It came out fifteen minutes later. It was also ridiculously freezing cold in there and the music was way too loud. The food was delicious, but the service and temperature really need help.

    What an amazing experience! This place had a Cuban/Miami feel, the music, the decor, the food all 100% on point. Our service was amazing from the hostess stand, to the manager greeting tables, to our incredible server Deseriee. She had a pretty large section but was attentive, fast, and had a great personality Would easily go back again and again Don’t waste $50-60 at a food court “cheaper” option. Go to Pinky’s, without dessert out bill would have been about $100. The extra money is beyond worth it for the memories

    The service and ambiance was amazing. The food was not good. The chicken was very dry and the shrimp “cigars” were odd, basically random hunks of shrimp inside hollow rolled wrapper. The sauce was good. Drinks were delicious.

    Food was good. Our server was friendly but my wife was finished with her entree before mine was served. Server wasn’t overly apologetic about it.
