   This was not a great experience. When we arrived, the place was crowded, but most tables had food already. Within 20 minutes, almost all of the tables had cleared out. We were one of maybe 10 tables spread around the inside and outside of the restaurant, and most of those tables came in after us. We were not a large group, only 4 people. We waited almost an hour for our food - tacos for 3 of us and a plain cheese quesadilla. Our waitress only checked on us and gave an update about our order 10 minutes before the food came out. She offered to bring chips at that point, but it wasn’t enough to make up for the incredibly long wait. The music was also way too loud. I expected it to be a lively atmosphere, but we could barely hear the waitress when she spoke.

   The overall experience at Pink Taco was fun but the food was a miss. The drinks were fair priced and delicious and our waitress was awesome, but anyone that got the brunch menu got super undercooked potatos that ruined the meal. I recommend going for drinks and the atmosphere it maybe skip brunch.

   I’d like to start off by saying our server was excellent. She was able to navigate the noisy and slammed restaurant very well. Even though the restaurant was packed, we never went without drinks and she was constantly checking on us. The steak fajitas were in all honesty, terrible. I would say it was maybe just a one time thing, and I just got a bad steak, but two of us at the table got the same thing and the steak was inedible. It was majority fat and you couldn’t see any actual meat through 3-4 of the steak itself. It wasn’t the kind of fat that is seared and melts in your mouth, we were actually not able to chew it. I thought maybe it was just the edges, but the toughness and fat was throughout the entire steak for both entrees. We had already been there for a long time and needed to leave, so we did not bring it to the attention of the sever because honestly it’s not her fault and the chef isn’t responsible for the cut of meat he’s provided. The rest of the food was okay. Club atmosphere with speakers above every table. Would be a fun night out if you’re just picking on apps and not hungry from a sports tournament and looking for protein to refuel.

   I’ve had great experiences at Pink Taco in the past but left disappointed last night. We made a reservation a week in advance but waited 30 minutes to sit down. Our waitress was very helpful and kind and did let us know the kitchen was on a hold for about 30-40 minutes. Our group just decided to order drinks and a couple appetizers. Unfortunately we didn’t eat anything until 1.5-2 hours after arriving. The music was loud and energetic (which I normally wouldn’t mind), but I made my reservation here because the music played at a conversational level. We made the most of our time there and our waitress was very sweet, but for the price we paid, I don’t think it was worth it.
