   Terrible service. No menus or QR code provided when we first arrived. Had to get up and ask where the menus were. Offered no water or drinks until we got up to ask how to order. Initially they took our food and drink orders, then were told by a different waiter that he couldn't take our drinks order and that we'd have to order at bar. Drinks too long. Food was average. Very disappointing.

   Short staffed so was unable to order food despite booking a table in advance. Was not notified of this and came to the restaurant and was told there were only 2 people working. I work in hospitality my self and understand the short staffing situation however it would have been better if customers who had booked were notified as we ended up having to go somewhere else and was a waste of our time going there.

   Cant say I would go again. Have tried it twice now and for the money have had better food, at a better price. The waitress was amazing though! She really was nice and felt sorry for her being verbally abused by other guests because they felt more superior. Food was good but felt overpriced. If seeking table service there is a small area for this. Is more of an upper class pub feel and a low end fine dining feel. When being provided a drink menu would be good to have the full drink menu not just the wine selection - I was happy to have wine but the others didnt know what drink was available which could have made it better.

   Staff seemed either stretched because they were unstaffed, or aloof and disinterested in making my father's day lunch a good experience. The only staff who seemed to keep it together were the bar staff.

   Great service, even though it was packed for riverfire. A few mistakes with the food order but quickly rectified. Would go again!

   Shockingly overpriced. $17 for a large house white wine was ridiculous. Worth going somewhere else for higher quality at a lower price.

   The table booked to watch the premier league was the best in the house. Only downside is that when the crowds got busy it was hard accessing drinks and long for drinks to get to us when we ordered them to the table.

    Overwhelmed by the number of people attending the event they were hosting. Over an hour for food to arrive and had to return some dishes as cold.
