   Our OpenTable reservation was not received by the restaurant despite the reservation being made several days prior and the confirming text sent. When we arrived it was suggested we wait at the bar until a table opened which we did. We sat down at the bar and were given menus. We were never asked for our drink order - we sat there for about 15 minutes. The end of the bar where I was sitting serves as a place to set wash glasses to be put away; I would have waited until we moved before setting down a dozen wash glasses. Behind me was an island type piece of furniture. Looked to be decorated with some bottle of wine and greenery. There were three people seated there that looked out of place. We assumed their OpenTable reservation wasn't received either and the restaurant made a table out of the island. Was a great idea but they didn't clean off the other end of the island that had an open bag of pita chips. We were seated by a window (nice) but one of the windows was broke and covered with wood (not so nice). Maybe it just happened that day and they didn't have time to repair it. When we were seated the woman at the bar came over an apologized for not taking our drink order and we each received a glass of wine on the house. I selected the Monteluciano - it was delicious. We ordered Brussel sprouts - those were good too. Also the bread and dip. The bread came out after our entrees which was salmon and ravioli. The salmon didn't have any flavor. I squeezed as much lemon as I could on it. We didn't have any salt & pepper on the table so I could not spice it up. I don't know how the ravioli was. We did not order dessert or coffee. I feel for restaurants who are faced with labor shortages. Hopefully the OpenTable issue will get worked out and the window fixed.

   Unfortunately we waited over an hour for our food. All the tables that sat after us got their food first. There was a large table in the back and that was the reason we were given for our wait. The manager was nice and apologized.

   What a great find! The atmosphere was great, the staff was friendly, and the food was delish! Will definitely be back!

   We were alerted to a kitchen "issue" at 6:45 but were told we could make our concert opening at 9 p.m. Two hours later, some food showed up, overpriced and at least one was cold, probably because our server forgot the pizza order and put it in late. Expensive meals. The server was wonderful, charming and helpful but couldn't overcome the kitchen. Also, a single man was seated at a table near ours a half hour after we were seated. He got his meal, ate his meal, got his check and was gone long before we saw any food. No explanation provided.

   We had a 7pm reservation and still hadn’t been serviced by 8:30pm. With no estimate for how much longer, we cancelled our entries and found another.place to eat.

   We have been coming here for 15+ years and the food was absolutely DELICIOUS as always!!!!

    The carpaccio appetizer and arugula salad were delicious. Meat lasagna was also delicious. Ambience is more casual and laid back.
