Pichai is one of the best yet relatively affordable restaurants in town, and my favourite. Their kefir lime cocktail is to die for, I hope they never remove the tapioca dumplings from the menu and service is always relaxed but impeccable. I am sad they removed the espadon from the menu. Note that they have two services so you will eventually delicately be asked to leave, as there is always someone waiting for your table. A jewel that more people should discover.

A must come if you like a tapas-style South East Asian fare, with delicious cocktails. With every dish, I gasped out loud (I am not even kidding!) with every bite. I looked around to see other people closing their eyes and savouring their own dishes, from entrees all the way to the desserts. Come with stretchy pants or be prepared to unbutton your jeans after leaving.

Ambiance was a tad dark for me, but I’d eat the food in the dark if need be. Do not miss the scallop crudo!

Nous avons passé une très bonne soirée chez Pichaï, le menu est très varié et il y en a pour tous les goûts, des suggestions sont proposées en plus. Le service est attentionné et décontracté. Dans l'ensemble on s'est régalés! Les portions sont généreuses. Une rampe est prévue pour améliorer l'accessibilité du lieu pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.

My wife and I couldn’t decide which dish we liked the best. Ended up just being a 4 way tie for first. Outstanding, super fresh. Our server gave us excellent wine recommendations.

I’ve never had food like this in Montreal. Each dish was delicious and different. I loved every dish. Henry was amazing. Guided us on what to order and paired it with the perfect wine.
