   Great experience. Stunning Roof terrace , service excellent and delicious food. Really reccomend the sharing Sunday roast, it’s the best one ever!

   We went to this restaurant to celebrate my retirement. We asked for a table upstairs as we have been there before, not the terrace, but on arrival as we were early asked to have a drink at the bar On asking the best bar we were advised the terrace bar. Which is the top level, it was cold and not a very good atmosphere, we were then seated on the first entrance floor. Every time the door opened the cold was felt not good. We ordered the lasagne, well what can I say small portion and not very good, ordered a portion of chips with both our meals well at £5.99 a portion they were thin frozen chips. We ordered a bottle of white wine sauvignon blanc. £36.00 this bottle of wine is £4.99 to purchase. I Appreciate they need to have a mark up on both food and drink, but do not appreciate this type of mark up, and then to cap it all a 10% service charge applied without asking. To say was it a good experience then No We have been to this restaurant a couple of times but will not be returning. I have never felt so ripped off in my life. Our night to remember was spoiled by this experience and what a shame has we have been here before and yes expensive but treated far better the last time. Avoid this restaurant at all costs. Profit first customer service last is their approach not good

   The staff were very rude and unfriendly, did not make us welcome . I felt that none of the staff wanted to be there and we were a burden This was supposed to be a family affair to celebrate a birthday I won’t be going back again

   The rudest staff we have ever encountered. Absolutely disgraceful. We have dinec here before when working away so had been looking forward to another great experience but we're bitterly disappointed. The man on the door couldn't care less whether you are there or not, was rude and exceptionally unhelpful. The lady upstairs equally as rude and unwelcoming. A dreadful dining experience with staff who couldn't even be bothered to say goodbye.

    Staff were friendly and helpful and very polite . I am a wheelchair user and I was treated fantastically and not like a freak which was lovely
