Manchester’s stunning Piccolino Caffe Grande sits on Clarence Street, just off Albert Square and overlooking Manchester’s iconic Town Hall. It’s a fittingly-impressive location for our elegant restaurant which boasts an open kitchen, wine boutique, cocktail bar, oyster and caviar bar, Juicery, and a large alfresco terrace facing the Town Hall.

    Fantastic food after a day shopping. Fabulous cocktails too, and such a buzzing atmosphere. Our go to place in Manchester.

    Not the restaurant it used to be, three of the four starters came out cold and the sea bream was over cooked, the waiter looked like he didn’t want to be there, very disappointing.

    Booked for Mother's Day. We were seated in a booth, and it was a lovely experience from start to finish. The staff were very friendly and polite, not to mention 90% of them being Italian which gave the restaurant an authentic feel. The food was lovely too. We will definitely be returning.

    Good service , food ok but not great , had the social pasta with truffle and was just pasta with some liquid thrown in bottom, not really made
