   Piatti never disappoints. The hostess was gracious and patient as we decided if we wanted to eat on the patio or in main dining room. We were greeted promptly with water, drinks and waiter allowed us to paced the meal so we could linger over drinks and conversation. The food is delicious and the portion sizes are more than satisfying. Piattis is truly a neighborhood gem

   Recently relocated to Marin and are trying out many restaurants in the area. Food and service were both excellent, and housed in a warm and inviting environment. We’ll be back!

   From the warm greeting at the door to the delicious food and drinks, Piatti is by far one of my favorite Marin Restaurants. The wait stuff is professional and friendly and the ambiance delightful. Casual, cool and fun.

   I enjoyed my chopped salad, but the tomato soup was not special at all. Don’t bother. My lunch date ordered the Caesar salad and there were 2 anchovy fillets cross-crossed over the top. A real turn-off! Just a hint please in the dressing! Again, don’t bother. The manager, a young woman, was so delightful… the highlight of the experience!

   Our waiter, Jesus,was very good I believe the staff could be better trained when it comes to clearing the table. The bus person started to clear when not everyone had finished eating. The table should not be cleared until everyone is finished not just some of the party.

   Food was excellent, better than meals we've had in the past. The sauce in the ciopino was light and delicious. The chicken alfredo was tasty. The service was very good as the waiter was knowledgeable about the menu items. We will be back. The only area of improvement would be to expand their menu.

   I was a guest for this dinner so I cannot speak directly to the value of our meals. The service was lovely, the environment was calm and beautiful. My shrimp spaghetti: the shrimp was very much overcooked and chewy, but the seasoning and flavors were fantastic! Overall, I had a wonderful dining experience with my friend and would consider returning.

    Our server at Piatti was attentive yet not intrusive. Our friends had brought wine and our server graciously uncorked the bottles. The meal was outstanding, from fresh baked ciabatta, to fritto misto, to Caesar salad, to the entrees: short ribs al sugo, cavatappi bolognese, and a type of seafood cioppino, and desserts: tiramisu and flourless chocolate cake. Everything was delicious and prepared with care. Recommend requesting a waterside table with your reservation, so very pleasant!
