   Amazing experience at this European style atmosphere. Sit down stairs and Jackson was a wonderful server as well as the rest of the team. Food was over amazing and we had a great true italian experience on Toronto. Jeremy

   Loved the experience overall, I visit many Piano Piano locations, it’s a favourite. I had to incur a $50 charge on my card to make the reservation at the Colborne location, which I understand but didn’t love. Will I be refunded or charge reversed to me? It don’t appear as a credit on my bill. Where will I see this chargeback? Thanks, Lia

   If you’re looking for a sign to come here or not, this is it. Skip it. The service is awful and the food tasted less than average. The only good thing I could say is the decor is a vibe, but it attracts a terrible crowd. The pizza, Octopus and the Carrot Cake were good, but nothing I would come back for. Service is nonexistent aside from when you order and pay. Will not be returning.

   The ravioli Bolognese portion was a bit too small—even for one person. The pizza, however, was a good size for two people if you have a smaller appetite. They initially got our pizza order wrong, but they made a fresh one and let us keep the incorrect one at no extra charge, which was appreciated. The tiramisu is always a highlight—consistently delicious. I also liked how the tables were nicely spaced out; I didn’t feel like I was sitting right on top of the next group. Service was solid overall. I’d still recommend this place to others.

   The perfect night out! Ambience, food, beverage, decor, service- all wonderful. The host greeted us a few minutes early with a warm energetic welcome, kind gal with an accent. We had a few servers, each were lovely. Liam was our primary guy, what a hoot. Efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, passionate, fun. Available without feeling intrusive. When he did pop in, it was at the perfect time and with a fun energy boost. My mate had a pizza and raved about it. I had sides for a meal: Brussels, Potatoes and Salad. Holy the FLAVOURS. Every single bite going back and forth across these three dishes was insane. I love potatoes in all of their beautiful varieties and these crispy bites are easily top 3 ever. Idk what they heck they do to them but I'll make a trip back just for them for sure. Large portions all around, food is very reasonably priced considering serving sizes We happened to arrive during happy hour: very nice drink specials until 6pm. Small bites until 5pm as well for those who may wish to go earlier. The $5 PBR made me chuckle, will rally up some old friends for a circus happy hour with PBRs. The jalapeno marg for $10 was soo flavourful. My mate loved the wine specials as well. I originally hoped to be sat downstairs but ended up on the main floor which was nicer as it was a quiet cozy experience. Popped down to check the circus; fun vibe but loud. Plan/request accordingly 😊

    It was a horrible experience. Staff is not attentive, food is horrible, had to change it, and I was under the impression they just reheated my pasta after the customer who didn’t like it. Didn’t feel well after this pasta. Too loud, tables are too close to each other, and they brought us a bill without even asking, along with the machine, hinting that it’s time to go for us. Don’t go there, not worth it.
