   Thank you to the wonderful people at the Pfister for making a non-traditional Thanksgiving a memory to cherish for our whole family! A brunch done with perfection. The tables were spaced with plenty of distance, the reservations must have been planned so the dining room was never crowded and yet never empty. We were always able to get our food with no wait and no one in line, nor next to us. A festive atmosphere with an attentive server who was a master at knowing just when to appear. Thank you all for working Thanksgiving!!!

   The hotel is beautiful. Lots of artwork to look at. Staff was wonderful and very friendly. The only downside was some of the food...being dry from sitting to long. I alway base the eggs benedict as being a standard food item. The english muffin was so dried out I could not even cut it with my knife. I would expect the kitchen staff to check this on occasion...especially for the cost of the buffet.

   What a lovely Thanksgiving celebration the food was amazing and abundant something for everyone beautiful setting easily accommodating large groups could be a new tradition

   I was torn as to whether or not I would recommend the Pfister for Mother's Day Brunch. I checked "yes" because the Pfister is a beautiful setting and the food has been good in my experience. Over the years, attending Mother's Day brunch here has become a family tradition. However, the service has never been outstanding and it seems to have gotten worse. The servers are pleasant, but do not seem to have the time to re-fill coffee cups (the coffee was luke warm & we had to ask for a hot pot of coffee to be found), to inquire if anyone at the table would like a 2nd drink (an exception may have been my father who was drinking a Bloody Mary. The rest of us chose Champagne or mimosas), and to quickly keep the table free of dirty plates. For a 17% service charge - high for a buffet, I think, unless times have changed....keeping the table free of dirty dishes, keeping coffee cups filled with hot coffee, if guests desire, and offering a second mimosa should be a given. We are considering trying a new venue to celebrate Mother's Day next year.

   Lots of food but the service was quite slow. Several times we had to clear our own plates and for what we paid that should have never happened. Great food.

   This brunch was fantastic. We had a party of 13 after Marquette’s graduation. The staff was wonderful and the food was superb. Eggs Benedict is tough to do and serve at a buffet - these were flawless. Great pasta station, carving station and salads. We had a diverse group with lots of dietary preferences and this buffet was perfect. And the mimosas were plentiful!

    Terrible atmosphere/experience. Bright lighting, round tables close together with large white table numbers - it was like we were in a fancy trough. Service was poor and our server was defensive after we sat for 10 minutes without being approached. Food was on par with what it should have been for the price, nothing special. Will not be back.
