   We are regulars here. Great menu, all freshly prepared, served hot. All chicken entrees are very tasty and paired with the combo fried rice make for a very satisfying meal.

   Had a 6:00 reservation through Open, don’t get seated until 7:00 even after repeatedly approaching hostess stand letting them know we had a 2 yo with us. Manager wouldn’t even speak to me until we were seated. I’m told that their system doesn’t work well with Open so not to use your service for a reservation smh.

   We had Reservations for 8:45 had to wait 1 hour was texted at 9:42 and told I had 2 minutes to get to front desk and then texted again 2 minutes later and told table was released the worst service I ever had at restaurant in my life the manager and general manager need to be fired the way they run the place is disgusting. The #1 spot for the worst restaurant in the Woodland,TX.

   The restaurant was busy on a Friday night, which is a great sign. The service was great. The food was fresh, served hot, and very delicious. I ate more than I should have, but it was so tasty I couldn’t resist. I’d recommend the fried chicken, house double pan fried noodles (crispy and not on the menu), Mongolian beef, crispy honey chicken and or shrimp, well just about anything. It is all good.

   The service and food quality have unfortunately decreased from what they were a few years ago. Despite making a reservation on opentable, I was informed by the host that reservations don’t sync with the restaurant’s system if it’s on the same date. They put me on the waitlist to wait for a table for another 20 mins. The server was decent but felt rushed. The wonton soup was served barely warm. The rest of the food tasted alright, although the portions were noticeably smaller compared to our last visit.

   We had put the birthday request in when making the reservation, but that was not done for us at the table. No mention of the birthday, no special seating, place mats, birthday cake, etc. We should have gone to a restaurant that would acknowledge the birthday. The waitress seemed in a hurry and not that excited to be working.
