Had a reservation and the girl checking people in purposely took people with no reservation in front of us- Waiting 20 minutes then left and went to another restaurant

We were celebrating a birthday and there was no mention from the staff. We were not finished with appetizers and the main course was brought out and crowded up the table. Not a birthday kind of meal for thus family. Food was tasty, but we felt rushed.

Our server Graham was great, he made sure we we’re good. The food was awesome from the portion to the flavor, even my kids of 2 and 6 ate it and it was their first time there. Will definitely come back.

Everything we ordered tasted like it was cooked in a burnt pan. No one asked if we enjoyed anything even though we didn’t eat any of it

Very disappointed in the service. We had to ask for server to bring drinks, take order, provide more ice, provide spice tray and soy, all we received was a small dish with soy- not even a spoon to use with it. All our years of visiting this location it was just sad. Food was good, service nonexistent. This location is closing - but for us it is closed. An end of an era.

Very disappointing. Menu has been stripped down even below what it was during Covid. Just not what it used to be. Too bad.
