   My husband and I enjoy the restaurant a lot. Food service is usually good. Prices seem to be inflated for what you get.

   I come to this restaurant all the time, but this was the first time they couldn't find my reservation on OpenTable. At first, the host suggested it might be a different location, which I believed until I checked my email confirmation. Even after showing it to the hostess, she still couldn’t find my reservation. While mistakes happen, it was a bit embarrassing in front of my family, making it seem like I didn’t know what I was talking about—even though I’ve been using OpenTable for a long time. That being said, the food quality has always been great. The Asian fusion concept sets it apart from other Chinese restaurants by incorporating flavors from different Asian cultures. I’d still recommend the food to my friends, but after this experience, I might consider visiting a different location next time.

   There was just something about this evening the food was cold the chicken didn’t look right the fried rice looked skimped on the protein

   I felt the experience could have been better, especially for valentines day. First off our table was still wet from when they had cleared the last seating. We had to ask our server several times to refill our drinks only to be told once that they were making more in the back. I get it, things run out and must be made. But when another server brings the same drink to the table next to you it raises suspicion. And it took at least 10 minutes to get our drinks after that. Food was acceptable but I was disappointed at the presentation. It just seemed it was thrown on the plate and served quickly. We've patronized this particular site in the past, but not recently. It seems to have lost its touch. I hope it was a one off.

   We went on a Sunday with reservations at 4p. We were seated promptly and the restaurant was fairly empty. It did pick up by the time we were leaving. We were given our menus but we had to ask for the menu that was for two or more people so we could order family style. My friend also asked for a cup of hot water which she didn’t accept because the cup was dirty and replaced it with a glass of ice water. The server was nice and pretty prompt but once we received our food he didn’t check if we needed more water. But it may be the case of few servers and he looked quite busy. We did notice a party that asked for a table that was cleaner. Not sure if we felt comfortable about the cleanliness of the restaurant. We ordered the set of chicken lo mein and honey chicken with shrimp dumplings. The dishes were all good, but I think the honey chicken could be more tasty. It was plenty full and therefore it was worth the price and I am glad that I knew about the additional menu because of Yelp.

   Our waiter was great. Food was well below the mark. It was very bland and tasted like the chef just opened boxes from the frozen food section and heated them up. The fried rice had no taste and was mushy. The “lightly battered” chicken should have read “all batter with a sliver of chicken inside”. The quality continues to decline. It’s been a good run, but I will not return to this restaurant chain, not going to waste my money here.

    Had a delicious salt n pepper prawn dinner paired with a Chardonnay at the recommendation of our fantastic, attentive server, Kayla.
