   Well it’s been awhile since I went to P.F. Chang’s a restaurant I always enjoyed. My guess is that it will close. When you go into a large restaurant in a busy shopping mall and it’s empty you should know there is reason why. Food was lukewarm at best- the spring rolls were mushy as if they boiled them before frying and didn’t drain them. The lettuce wraps were gelatinous and the kung pao chicken was orange chicken with peanuts. Wonderful service though.

   Very enjoyable time! Happy Hour all day ! Weekends also👍 The lovely waiter and waitress were easy to talk with and very friendly :) Super time with my girlies and we will be back!

   Love this restaurant. Was so excited that we had BURAK as are waiter. We had him as our waiter a few years ago and kept asking for him when we would come to the restaurant. We have had a few other amazing waiters too (Jarrod and Kai to name a couple). The food is great. So happy that the veggie lettuce wraps are back (even though they are a bit different). I'm vegan and would love to see some more vegan options. LOVE LOVE LOVE the spicy green beans. Thanks for having waiters like Burak and for the good food you serve.

   Never coming back again. Atrocious service and I’m sad to say that the food has become inedible. For reference, I’ve been a huge fan of PF Chang’s for over 20 years. Unfortunately, I think this was my last trip.

   What a disappointment. The food used to be so good here, and now it tastes like freezer food made in an air fryer. The chicken was small and dry, the spring rolls tasted like oil. The lighting is bright and not relaxing at all. I will not be dining there again.

    P.F. Chang builds beautiful restaurant interiors and the Palo Alto location is no exception. The vibrant colors and lighting paired with a low noise level created just the right ambiance for a birthday dinner for four, two of whom were vegetarians. The menu provided ample delicious choices for all of us. We enjoyed every bite of every dish. Our server was excellent. The birthday desserts he brought us to share were outstanding. What you might not expect at a Chinese restaurant is a fabulous Mojito. Make sure you have at least one!
