   Service deteriorated over the years they increased their prices. The qualities has gone down, very disappointing unfortunately it is not as it used to be in the past.

   We so enjoyed our delicious lunch and this beautiful restaurant! We had amazing service plus a view of the ocean!

   It had been a very long time since I had been at PF Chang's. I was disappointed in some changes they have made and disappointed in service. We had sat at our table for about 10 min before anyone acknowledged us. We ordered a bottle of chardonnay and the server just left it on the table with no cooling sleeve. Perhaps PF Chang's isn't high quality enough anymore for this service? However, our local dive bar even gives us a sleeve. I was disappointed to get the lettuce wraps and they no longer make the sauce table side. It came with a peanut sauce instead and after we had them for about 15 min the server finally walked by our table so I could ask for some spicy sauce (and it wasn't a walk by to check on us). Overall I'd say changes to the menu and our service from the server we likely won't be back. Which is a bummer.

   Excellent service with a smile. Enjoyed their Mongolian beef lunch special. Had a great ocean view sitting in a window booth. PF Chang’s reward program is always appreciated.

   We enjoyed our dining experience. The food was tasty and the service was very good, except for the appetizer coming out after our entree, due to a mixup. We enjoyed our usual items, shrimp dumpling appetizer, Mongolian beef, chang’s spicy chicken, and sesame chicken. Lunch bowls provided good value.

   Disappointing Experience in Newport Beach Compared to Fort Myers I recently had the same dish at two different locations—one in Fort Myers, FL, and the other in Newport Beach, CA. The difference in quality was shocking. In Fort Myers, the dish was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. However, in Newport Beach, it was a complete disappointment. The food lacked flavor, the ingredients didn’t seem as fresh, and the overall execution was poor. Not only was the main dish subpar, but everything from the appetizers to the dessert fell short. The quality in Newport Beach just wasn’t up to par with what I experienced in Fort Myers. Given the reputation and location, I expected much better. I wouldn’t recommend the Newport Beach location if you’re looking for great food.

    Made a reservation, we got in pretty quick, Service and staff was very friendly, Restaurant was very busy. Everyone was very attentive
