   A group of 6 and Wilder was great! Timely in taking orders… always kept us informed on timing of courses… checked on us throughout… very personable and professional!

   They could not find our confirmed OpenTable reservation however they found us a table on a very busy night. Excellent service.

   Liz and her entire team, especially the hostess, went above and beyond to make our son’s graduation dinner special. We love PF Changs but especially this Lakewood location.

   Fun lunch but we had to ask for our drinks several times. The service was okay. Nice but lacking some experience. Love the food but we ordered off of the regular menu (not lunch menu) so it seemed expensive.

   Standard PF Chang's menu, but the service was excellent. The host was kind and funny, the server was on point, the food support was solid and with my "spicy" bone they accommodated well. Great experience with a solid value. A recommend, followed by a short walk up and down a cool corridor with shipping.

   Not a great experience here. Server seemed to be new but it took so long just to get water that we had to go to the bar to get our own. She never refilled our waters so we had to go to the bar to get them refilled as well. Our child’s order was wrong so we waited even longer for them to bring the correct order. They were out of dumplings before 6:30pm but the server was unaware so we waited quite some time for our appetizer to come when we chose something else. They ran out of fried rice so had to make more. They graciously comped the wrong meal we received - I’m not sure how we should’ve been charged for that either way. There were only five tables seated in the restaurant but we were told the kitchen was backed up or having issues. Interesting experience for a staple we used to visit frequently. Shocked the manager didn’t do more to address anything.

   We arrived at the restaurant 2 minutes prior to our scheduled reservation, and there was no host to greet us. Lobby was very dirty and needed to be swept. We waited in the lobby for 15 full minutes and were never greeted. I saw a bartender / host who I signaled to come over please. That person did not come and I later saw them whispering to another employee and repeatedly looking in our direction at the front door. I repeatedly said “HELLO?!” loudly into the restaurant much to the chagrin of several tables which were enjoying their meal. After 15 minutes of waiting and not being greeted, my guest and I decided it wasn’t worth it and that we didn’t want to eat at the restaurant. Service was terrible and we will therefore not be back. Ever. I give this place 18 months tops before it goes out of business.

    We have enjoyed the food at P.F. Changs many times - have taken friends and family. Our last visit was not enjoyable. While the appetizer (steamed dumplings) was delicious - the soup was luke warm...I prefer hot (temperature) soup. Elizabeth was our waitress and never checked to see if everything was okay. She was more concerned talking with the family at the next booth about her fingernails. My glass sat empty for many minutes before I got the Managers attention and asked for more water. Once Elizabeth cleared the soup dishes she said she bring our check. We mentioned that we hadn't had our Entrees yet. It took many minutes before we received our Entrees, our assumption was that she hadn't place the order yet. The Beef Brocolli was wonderful. The Sesame Chicken had too much Brocolli, very little bell pepper. but was good. The next time we dine at P.F. Changs we plan on asking to be seated with anyone other than Elizabeth.
