   I love pf changed, i usually order the same set of dishes. But it felt more expensive than usual.

   Excellent food, service, waitress was attentive, greeters as well.

   Host did not sit us for a long time after our reservation time even though the first guest checked in right before the reservation asking for the table. Environment did not feel clean, sticky tables and menus. Entire service was very slow and it didn’t feel like we received the value for what we paid.

   I had not been to PF Chang’s in years so when it popped up on OpenTable, I thought, why not? In the end, I would have rather gone to Pei Wei. Service was incredibly slow, and I do completely understand that it is always ridiculous on Christmas Eve. My husband and I both come from a service industry background and totally get that. Plus, our table was nowhere near the rest of his section. Why he had us is still a mystery. However, what was the most disheartening was to see the two managers who were walking around staring at their iPads and doing absolutely nothing to help their staff. The servers who were clearly in the weeds were struggling and these two guys did zero to help them. That’s exceptionally poor management.

   Restaurant did not have my open table reservation in their computer. We had to wait about 15 minutes and they were nice about it. Waitress was nice. Food was terrible. We miss the old recipes. Way over priced for the quality and amount of food. Will not be going back.

   Reservation made on OpenTable, when we arrived said they weren’t taking reservations from there and we’d need to wait 90 minutes. Another person said they’d seat us in 10 minutes when I showed the reservation. Restaurant was dirty and food was not well made or presented. It was greasy and everything had chilis added to it. Good if you like chilis, but I’m allergic, so limited options.

   Served our soup and main meal at the same time. Had them take back the mains, but the food was lukewarm when served.

   The food and atmosphere were good, but our server Isabella was outstanding. I had some special requests, and she was very attentive and made sure we were taken care of. I'm willing to go back just for the service.
