   Tables and floors were dirty and sticky, counted seven tables that needed to be bused and cleaned. Watched one group just up and leave that sat near us after 20 mins as they were not even acknowledged. Food was not very good. Tasted as if it was pre made in reheated in the microwave. We didn’t even eat the kung po chicken as it was overly salted, watery and just tasted off. Sad because this used to be a good place to dine in Otay/Eastlake. It was a Friday evening at 7 and there were less than 25 people eating.

   Service was good and the food was ok. Teriyaki chicken was a bunch of tiny bits of deep fried chicken. Only 2 real chunks of chicken. Almost like we got the left overs at the bottom of the bag. It was like popcorn chicken and all batter.

   This P.F. Chang's location is always a wonderful dining experience. They have comfortable seating whether you have a large group or are looking for a romantic table for just two! And the servers and staff are more than happry to help you. All of that paired with delicious food too!! Try them, you'll have a great time!!

   Daniel, our server was great. He was attentive and ready to help. The only thing was the Servin size for the plate that was almost $30 was to small.

   The food is just OK nothing special. Beef broccoli is dry. Most importantly we scheduled the reservation hoping to get a decent seat and they seated us in a small table in the middle of everyone in between the back kitchen and the patio. Butted up against the other tables behind us. People who were just walking into reserve got great booth seats. What’s the point of reserve looks like we got the last table in the house.

   I haven’t been to a P.F. Chang’s in a years… this experience was cool. I had a great time with the family and our server Andrea was great as well. We’ll defensively come back again soon!

   We went for a late night birthday dinner and it was amazing. Not many people and sound level was low. Very good food. A bit pricey for the portions but overall, great!
