   Had one server working the entire night. We waited for an hour and 10 minutes for our hookah to arrive to our table.

   The Peace and Saint in Durham really needs to work on their service. We went here for my birthday, our reservation was at 10:15. We sat for 20 minutes with no service. I had to get up and ask the bouncer for a server. She came eventually and took our order. By 11:08 we still had only drinks and no hookah. I asked a different server and she told me they had ran out of hookahs. Hookahs are the whole reason that someone would go here. They were steady, but not overly packed. They should have enough hookahs for every table they have out that can be seated. Not to mention it was Dreamville weekend and we were told they only had 4 people working so everything was behind. Later that night we also asked for a refill, which we never received and wound up paying for. I had friends twice get up and go to the bar to get shots or water. The DJ was good, I will give them that. The drinks were not and overpriced. They were all juice and we wound up having to order shots to balance them out. They look like they opened a rooftop part but I’m confused as to how they would do that when they can’t even handle the bottom floor and clearly don’t even have enough hookahs to fill the tables they have. This place could be so much more if they would work on their service. There is no other lounge in Durham that you can get a chill vibe at that’s not a club and get good drinks and hookah and it’s disappointing that the overall service here is what it is.

   I LOOOOOVE the Raleigh location, but did not like this one at all. Made reservations a month and a half in advance. Waited on the patio for 30-45 minutes upon arrival for a table to open. Was placed at an awkward high top, not conducive to get comfy in and vibe to. By the time 11:30 rolled around, it was still dull. Left and ended up at Houston’s. Will not return to this location ever again.

   I have sat outside every time I’ve been here. I understand it’s cold in the winter but it would take over an hour before we had a waitress check if we needed anything. I have watched multiple parties of 3+ people leave due to no waitress assisting them after being seated over 30 minutes. Aside from the service this place is always great.

   I enjoyed my visit here. My siblings, husband and myself really had a wonderful night here. Our waitress was awesome! Even, the security guard was helpful! This was a vibe for real! This might be my new spot!

   No food service but drinks and atmosphere was nice. Smoked a hookah and DJ came in. They only gave 2 hr limit at the table we reserved.

    Ambiance and service was phenomenal. No food options available. The hookah was amazing. I am definitely coming to visit again.
