   Strangest “Greek” pizza I’ve ever had. The red sauce just didn’t jive with the other flavors IMHO.

   Waitress was disorganized and service was mediocre, food was extremely slow to be delivered but was tasty when it made it to the table.

   Our waiter was the only one working. The female manager and male server were so focused on their conversation they forgot the service part of their job. The bartender was more focused on dishes then getting drinks out. Our salad sat on the bar from the cook for 10 min before someone noticed. Our waiter ended up making our drinks. We have come her many times and have to say the service and food are going down hill.

   Waitress spilled water on my wife. Not a huge deal. Would have been nice to offer a discount or free appetizer, but didn’t. “Deep” dish pizza was anything but and a tad over cooked. Both women’s and men’s bathrooms were in disarray. It’s too bad, I’m from Chicago and this was as close as I’d found to legit Chicago deep dish. Their quality has slipped.

   I love the pizza, but the service has gone downhill. My last two trips have had extremely long waits for the pizza, but combined with lack of service (no one comes by, didn't follow up on drinks, never brought out our appetizer). Bummer cause we love the pizza!

   Food was great but service was terrible! They were so short staffed and someone didn’t come over for half and hour to even say hello or bring water. I had to go grab someone to find our server and after sitting there for half an hour she still said she hadn’t known we were there. I know how hard it is to be short staffed so I feel bad writing this kind of review, but you can at least acknowledge your tables and let them know that things will be a little delayed, instead of never showing up.

   The food was amazing, and we'll worth the price but we had to flag down waiters or stand up and go get them Everytime we needed anything. I just wish the service matched the food.

    Hi - My husband and I took 2 of his PCT hiking pals to Paxti's for dinner on July 4. While the pizza and drinks were very tasty, this place needs MAJOR help to beef up the staffing. There appeared to be only 2 people handling the entire restaurant and I felt SO BAD for bartender Paul, who was forced to manage tables while handling his bar duties. He did the best he could, but there was no way he could keep up with things and as a result, it took FOREVER for us to place our order and get our food. Thankfully, we had a lot to talk about with our friends, so it wasn't horrible, but Paxti's needs to hire more waitstaff asap. Many thanks to Paul for trying his best - it was not his fault.
