   This restaurant did not honor any of the reservations made by myself and many others standing and waiting. The line was out the door and the management was rude! I would never recommend this restaurant again!

   WARNING - OPEN TABLE RESERVATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED HERE!!! We showed up with a 6:15 reservation before a concert to a huge line of angry customers. This restaurant does not take reservations anymore but they are still be accepted and confirmed on Open Table. The owner was very nice and passed out pizza to everyone online hoping to not send anyone off hungry. We found a spot at the bar and the food and people were wonderful. I just wish we knew in advance to show up early and be prepared to wait.

   the restaurant was completely unprepared for the volume of business, did not honor the reservation and we left after waiting in chaos for about 45 minutes.

   This dinner reservation ruined a special occasion. They DID NOT honor any ones reservation. They did not take names and the patrons were pushing and shoving in a line which went into the dining room and on top of those eating. You should not include this restaurant on your reservation list. It was not that the food was bad or the service once we sat down (1 hour and 15 minutes after our reservation). We were in an area we did not know with event tickets following dinner and did not know where else to go. We assumed since we made this reservation more than a month in advance we would not need to know anything else about the area.

   Took a chance based on Internet search. Menu was enticing. We walked into restaurant earlier in day just to check it out and owner met us and encouraged us to come hungry. He was most friendly and engaging and said "it's worth the wait and all food homemade". He was 100% correct. It was delicious meal and we will return in future.

   These guys are always on point and so welcoming. Pizza is delicious and so are the meatballs!

   Love that Patsy's opened this location in Brooklyn. Attentive owner/manager who really cares about the customer. We dined on salads and pizzas. All excellent. We'll be back !

   Booked a large family dinner at Patsy's and I was not disappointed! From the moment we arrived to the last sip of grappa and final goodbyes all was exceptional! The wait staff was friendly and very attentive - especially Tony, who treated us as if we were family dining in the backyard on a perfect Summer eve. Appetizers of Octopus salad and fried Calamari were fresh and perfectly seasoned. Family style portions of pasta and pizza were shared among our party of 14 with something for even the pickiest of young eaters. My personal favorites were a pizza with prosciutto, baby heirloom tomatoes, Buffalo mozzarella, and arugula along with the Bakala - outstanding! Mountains of Cannolis with fresh blueberries sealed the deal along with homemade Sambuca, Expresso, and Grappa. Appears as if Patsy's will become a new tradition for this Brooklyn native each year I return to my hometown!
