   Hostess and server were great but the food was so oversalted that it was nearly inedible. Maybe the chef had an off night but we won't be returning to find out. Really wanted to like this place but left very disappointed and honestly had the taste of salt in our mouths for the rest of the evening

   Food was incredible—one of the best meals we’ve had in Charleston in the last year and superior to most of the posh high-end restaurants around town. Plus our host and server were amazing.

   Quickly seated. Very good explanation of the menu. Appetizer of fresh peaches, cheese and pickled onions was unusual and flavorful. Tile fish with local vegetables was excellent. Chicken dish was tender and sauce had a nice kick. Looking forward to bar opening.
