   The wait was over an hour to then have the waitress tell us that she could not bring out our order because it did not meet their quality standards and asked what else would we like. Very disappointing.

   I didn' go, because i called them over 10 times, and their lines were busy, even a second phone number they have...no answer. i luv the place i used to eat there at another location many years ago...but now answering phone lines for over 30 minutes, is unexceptable to me.

   Overall great service. I love the fact that each waiter and waitress will help each other waiting on the tables in order to bring you a hot meal. Nice music, and excellent customer service from the owner.

   we went with the family to celebrate a birthday. We had reservations for 8 for 8 p.m. on a Friday night. When we arrived, our table was ready for us and we were seated right away. at 8 p.m. was when the live band began to set up. A gentleman and lady play their own instruments and all types of music. We really enjoyed this as they played a lot of Colombian music which we very much enjoyed. The appetizers arrived quickly and drinks. The food then arrived, we ordered bandeja paisas, patacon combinations, kids grilled chicken breasts. All of the plates were great! The duo then sang our table a happy birthday and all others in the restaurant sang along. very nice touch. They do a great job interacting with the guests. We will definitely return.

   The patacon here is to DIE for ! Delicious!! Order the Refajo and if it's for 3 or More they bring it in this hilarious huge pitcher !

   Visited Kendall location on 9/20/14 using OT Reservations. The restaurant is a small cafeteria-like establishment. The food is quite good however the service and the amenities lack quality. We ordered the Llanero - steak over a large flattened and fried green plantain with sauteed onions which was quite good - and Baby churrasco with rice and fried green plantains which was large and good also. No complaints on the food. Tables are imitation granite with no placemats or tablecloths so your plate is constantly noisely sliding around as you cut your meal. No bread or other offered prior to your meal arriving. A large TV on premises. Employees unfamiliar with Open Table redemption checks. They also have a delivery menu.

    Amazing food and best of all, very inexpensive. Both waitress who took care of us were also very charming. I am in love with place. The bandeja paisa especial is a steal for $13.
