   Chef is very personable, and it's such a nice thing to just sit back and be served... everything's a surprise. All you have to do is tell him the things that you "don't like" or are allergic to and it's then customized.... just be flexible, and let yourself go and enjoy.. this way, you can concentrate more on who you're with and the great time you're having with them!

   The tablecloth was not clean under my bread plate. The food was good but my husband did not care for the way it was brought out to the table in increments. It become very crowded and we felt like the people waiting were standing too close to the table for us to enjoy our meal. The noise level was so loud we couldn’t have a conversation.

   Wonderful dining experience with no menu. Sit down they ask if you don’t like certain things and then away it goes. Very casual and fun, come ready to eat drink and be merry.

   Had mixed feeling about going to pasta Freska due to rave reviews from a few friends but was a little risky for a valentines date! I threw all caution to the wind and said let’s try it! Well it didn’t go so well...Reservation was at 7pm and we didn’t get seated until 8pm. ( we had no other option other than to stay and wait as everyone else was booked). It wasn’t just us it was everyone, they were not equipped to handle the amount of reservations they took. This was the case until we left around 10pm within people trying to find room to stand while they waited and crowed around our table. There is no explanation of how many dishes you will receive but rather telling you there is more to come. Food had good flavor but was all very heavy, overly saucy, and a lot of carbs. I like to have a baseline of what to expect and that and organization were lacking. Owner was very friendly and checked in but for me the first impression and lack of awareness of how to create a good dinning experience was enough to decide this is not the place for me.

   Pasta Freska is a restaurant that you have to have an open mind on when you visit. You will enjoy well prepared food, with delicious sauces, but if you come in with a litany of "I don't like" or "I don't eat..." you will not be able to savor the whole experience. This is Italian food like it's meant to be enjoyed!

   The food was good but there wasn’t much variety. Almost everything that was given to us had a tomato cream sauce on the entree.

   Fabulous service and delicious food. Very inclusive and accommodating of young kids (ages 8-10) who also ate the food and tried new dishes. Loved the variety that included pasta dishes and great fish, shellfish, and chicken for our meal that night.

   Most amazing, unforgettable dining experience ever. The Italian owner checked our likes, dislikes and food allergies. We also had someone glutenfree and didn’t eat red meat. Then the plates of food kept coming. We were adventurous and willing to try everything. We tried so many dishes that were all delicious. The sauces were incredible. We will never forget the food , atmosphere and experience.

    Food wasn't the best ive ever had but it was pretty good. Staff was very courtesy though they were under staffed. Great experience overall. I would go again.
