   It was my first experience in a Michelin star restaurant and will never regret it. It was awesome and totally different from any other dinner date I enjoyed. The service was impressive, as we had a waiter for each of us two, and very attentive to our needs. They were very friendly and explained all the different plates and different food we were going to taste. Totally awesome... and looking forward to have another Michelin experience soon. I will definitely share it with my friends and family.

   Food was outstanding and creative There is a dress code, must have pants and shoes. Staff was kind enough to lend me a pair of pants so I could eat

   Great example of the Emperor's New Clothes. Super pretentious and unfriendly staff. Mediocre food being served to a sparse group of diners. As one who has dined throughout the world, I count this as one of the most disappointing experiences ever. One of the wines was definitely corked but the server disagreed with me. Apparently the chef has an obsession with foam which I suppose he was hoping would compensate for poor preparation.

   What can I say bad about this place? Nothing. Passion was by far the most dramatic and delicious meal I have ever had, and I have had many incredible meals. I walked in expecting an eight Michelin Star experience and that was exactly what I got. The Tasting Menu is recommended by the staff and I walked in wanting that already because what better way to experience everything the Chef wants you to. We were served 2 bonus dishes "Compliments of the Chef". If I can find pictures I will post them later. The flavor combinations were heavenly! I recommend spending more for the accompanying wine menu for the ultimate tasting. The only complaint or negative comment? Very simple and I can tell you how to avoid the issue... Take a car to the resort if you are not staying there. Walk in the front door. Paradisus is easy to walk up into from the beach during the day, but at night when we went in that way we were stopped in our tracks by security. They got the hotel manager and the Restaurant Manager to work the situation out for us. I admit I was afraid I would miss this opportunity. With that aside, it was every thing we wanted. Thank You to the wonderful staff.

   The first time I visited Passion in Punta Cana was 5 years ago and was excellent, this time was even better!! The service, the food and the ambiance was outstanding!! The 7 course dinner is perfect because the portions are small but delicious. Berasategui has maintained the quality of his food over the years and he deserves being among the best chefs in the world. We enjoyed our dinner and our friends were delighted.

    Loved this restaurant. The food was wonderful and the service excellent. All wine pairings complimented every dish. Definitely would recommend this restaurant to everyone. Well worth the cost.
