   Great service, ambience, and food. Spring omelette with asparagus and leeks, burger, avocado toast, delicious eggs, made in-house sausage. Great fries!

   Lovely, comfortable, somewhat informal. In an architecturally interesting hotel. Somewhat limited menu at breakfast.

   Pasque was absolutely fantastic. The food was great. Service was great. I don’t have a single bad word to say. It was the best dinner we’ve had in Denver. Highly recommended.

   Food was fabulous and we were able to hear ourselves talk but still not being too quiet for a vibrant place.

   Dinner was amazing! The attention to detail as we had a birthday there. The food was delicious. The foundation for which this concept is being built upon is what ALL the earth needs! We will be back for sure!!!

   We loved Pasque! Orlando greeted us as we walked in and not only showed us to our table but also introduced us to the hotel/building and provided lots of fun facts. Our server was quite accommodating. The food was delicious. Overall our experience was great. The one drawback was that we were on a tight schedule (we didn't know it would be tight), and we were afraid our food would not arrive in time for us to enjoy it. We did get out of there on time and enjoyed our food and the Pasque experience. Thank you!

    Between us we tried 9 different dishes, and all were creative and very tasty. I particularly liked the roasted salmon. The service was impeccable.
