   Poor service. Long wait, waiter didn’t check in once to see how food was. Pasta was overcooked and spaghetti w red sauce tasted like a microwaved lean cuisine meal not like restaurant quality.

   Great service, Lucas was a huge help and very attentive. Made dinner out with my father a great time. Def reccomend the wedge salad and filet Wellington

   Food was great, server was good and pretty attentive but service definitely could have been better. There was no host stand, so we walked in and were unsure where to head to. We live in Boston and I cannot imagine somebody from outside of Boston being in this situation. Sides menu was limited - only four sides and they did not really vary much. Table we ate at was wobbly, which made it hard to eat at and frustrated us. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible.

   i was expecting big things from carbone’s sister restaurant, and i was a little disappointed. the service was mid for it being empty and also for carbone being known for having good service. for drinks, I got a glass of Prosecco. it came in a beautiful wineglass with a very hearty pour. excellent tasting Prosecco. next was the burrata. it was ok. nothing crazy. did taste fresh, but the olive oil drizzled on it definitely wasn’t good quality olive oil. but the star of the show was the MEATBALLS. these were so fall apart tender. the sauce was delicious. tasted like good tomatoes were used. good quality meat. wish there was a little more cheese sprinkled on top.

   Rigatoni was over cooked and added grilled chicken was just placed on top instead of mixed into.

   Amazing food and always! Going back with my friend from high school was nice to get some time in. Perfect carbo loading prior to a long Boston run tomorrow.

   We waited about 20 min before a server came over. The table next to us was sat about 5 minutes after us and they were attended to right away. They should try to staff appropriately or not over seat. Last time we were here the waitress spilled/broke a glass on my nephew and got a rack hard dessert as an I’m sorry. It will be awhile if I go come back. Food is always amazing, though!!

   We had good service. But the food was poor. The pastas were over cooked and sauces were unappealing. I thought it would be more up scale but it was more like Maggiano’s. Very restaurant chain like.

    Having been to Carbone and Parm in NYC, this outpost was a big disappointment. The food was meh. There were a bunch of kids running around - not what i was looking for in a nice meal out.
