   Great service. Loved that they had live music. Food was great and fast to come out. Sat at the bar and the bartender was wonderful.

   first - restaurant did not have our reservation second - we were sat directly in front of the person singing and he was loud and horrible!!!

   Food was good, service was excellent, very attentive when it came for refills, which I think is important.

   Parlour J-Town 3920 Ruckriegal Parkway Louisville, Ky 40299 The J-Town location was our closest. You could go to Messenger and sign up for their VIP CLUB. It was so easy to sign up and messenger walks you through it. When you sign up your award is a free 10” pizza. The value of our free pizza tonight was $16.00! They send you specials by text. I made reservations tonight by calling them at (502) 267-1188. They have an extensive menu. 15 Different Specialty Flavors that can be ordered as a 10” or 14” pizza, a cauliflower crust (10” only)add $3. Tonight I ordered the Hot Brown Calzone. It was AWESOME! It was so large, I was glad they cut it in half for me! My husband chose the Big Four Meat (pepperoni, Italian sausage, bacon and ham) for his free 10” pizza. He really liked it. Angel E was our server tonight. She was at our table really fast. She was so very helpful answering my questions. She gave me a little history of the Parlour Company and where their locations were. Angel took our orders and brought back our plates, silverware, shredded cheese and extra napkins. It wasn’t very long until the food was brought to our table. The smell of the pizza and calzone was so perfect! My husband’s pizza was a regular crust and the 4 meats were just right. Angel kept checking back in on us and keeping our glasses filled. When we couldn’t eat anymore, she brought us a take home box. She helped us settle up our bill and brought us fresh drinks to take home. The ambiance was very family oriented. There were about 4 groups celebrating birthdays while we were there. It was a bit loud but not as loud as the average sports bar. We were able to hear and talk to each other. We checked out the patio. It had its own bar and was heated. It was quieter than in the restaurant. We had a very wonderful time. The food and service were great and we plan to go back again.

   Beer cold. Pizza great. Waitress friendly and on top of things. Great service. Definitely be back for next pizza night out.

   My salad was great. The spinach and berries were fresh and the poppy seed dressing and almonds made it the best salad ever. The pulled pork grinder sandwich is excellent, love it.

   When service is GREAT I try to do my best to leave a review. The waitresses were soooo sweet. Attentive. The cocktail I had was amazing and the pizza was delicious! Even on NYE we had fast service! Love this place!

    We reserved a table for 8 to watch my brother & his band on Friday Dec 29. When we arrived there was no table for us. Apparently it had been taken over by random people sitting at the bar. Rather than tell them the table was reserved, they wanted to find us another table inside. The band unfortunately had to play outside where it was freezing. Our server did her very best, but it was obvious they were very understaffed. Which is weird bc they knew they had tons of reservations. Maybe on s normal night it would be better. Pizza was delicious! Experience mot so much.
