   Great experience! Food and atmosphere were awesome, service was friendly and live music was really fun. We will definitely be returning!

   Parlour is our go to for pizza now. We get the cauliflower crust and a small is plenty for two people especially with salads. The ability to order a half salad is perfect too. Our grandkids also love their pizza. And the toy offered was a bonus for our 7 year old grandson. Will definitely go back.

   The heated porch was a nice place to sit on a rainy, December afternoon. The service was tremendous and the food was delicious.

   It was pretty inside of the igloo. The small heater in the igloo could work better.

   Chicken wings were pretty good just not spicy enough for me.. the other appetizer we got (pepperoni puff I believe was very good with the queso which needs to be on the appetizer menu by itself) service was excellent.

   We had reservations & there was one other couple in there paying. She took our order. We had ordered 2 cocktails 2 salads and pizza they brought 1 salad. We explained we had ordered 2 . 20 minutes later our drinks , salads and pizza come. This is the 3rd time we’ve been . I want to like this place so bad but the service has just not been good. We went outside to have a drink and customers said the bartender was mia. We have been to New Albany a few times and it’s hit and miss. We love the food and these could be awesome places but the staff needs some training.

   The calzones are big you can almost share one. We had plenty left over for either a late night snack or lunch the next day.

    We had an okay visit to Parlour. We sat inside and the acoustics were terrible; once another party was sat in the same room we could barely hear each other. The salad bowls look cool, but are actually hard to eat out of; everything wants to spill out the front. All the food we had was delicious and came out fairly quickly. Our waitress barely checked on us. We were finished eating for 20 mins before I flagged her down so we could pay our tab. I don't know if she had a lot of other tables or it was an off night, but it almost made us late to our next destination. Will not rush, but will likely be back sometime. Good food and location at the end of the Big 4 make it a destination worth trying.
