   Our waiter worked really hard but could have used some help. We had a party of 17 and he just couldn't keep up. One food order was never put in and another was wrong. The person who I assumed was the manager was not friendly or helpful at all.

   The food was absolutely delicious! We were celebrating a birthday and had made reservations, and our table was ready immediately. The only issue was with the service. We did not get asked to place an order for food until about 40 minutes into the meal, and we continuously had to ask for items because we were not given them in the beginning. It was overall a wonderful experience! We will definitely come back!

   Love the Parlor! Pizza, wings, cocktails and serivce all excellent. Not a complaint, but an observation and recomendation of sort. We were seated in kind of an awkward hallway type area with walls away from anything else. No access to TVs, people, the bar, etc.. Maybe use that area only as a last resort. We will definetly be back. Thank you!

   We love Parlour on Frankfort and we go their every week for trivia. Their pizzas are great and the pepperoni bombs are the best! There service is almost always great, and we appreciate how hard those servers work, especially during trivia Tuesdays! They have a great beer selection, and their cocktails are very well done. My favorite is the Brambleberry Mule. We have been coming there for at least 18 months for trivia -almost weekly. We consider it our “Sunday family dinner”. It is a great time to eat, drink, and have fun with our family and friends. My only complaint is that sometimes our reservations get dropped or lost, and we arrive to find there is no reservation for us. It has happened to use about 5 separate times, and it’s really frustrating, especially considering that we are ‘regulars’. Other than that frustration, Tuesdays are my favorite night of the week because I get to spend it having fun with people I love.

   I brought my son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren for the first time, and they loved it. Our server, Peach, was awesome and made the dinner even better. I love the thin crust pizza and I love that it’s only a block and a half from my house. Great place.

   As always, great meal at Parlour, and great fun at Trivia night. Server Audrianna did a great job taking care of us and making sure we had everything we needed. The Pepperoni Bombs are the best! And I am always happy when they have Ace Pineapple Cider on tap.

   The Parlour never disapoints. This is our go to for great pizza, wings and cocktails. They were training a new bartender tonight, so drinks were coming out pretty slow, understandable. Other than that, another great visit. We'll be back soon.

    We love Parlour! Trivia on Tuesdays is a lot of fun. They have a great drink selection and their pizza is consistently delicious. Pepperoni bombs are soooo good.
