Paranza, an exciting new restaurant by Michelin-Star Chef Michael White, is a love letter to Italy that offers an elevated and innovative expression of Italian regional cuisine with a focus on seafood. Inspired by the ingredients and traditions of Italian coastal cuisine, Paranza provides the very best of Italy brought to life by Chef White’s creative flair and the vast possibilities of the ocean.

Reservation cancellation requires guests to cancel before 4 PM on the day of the reservation. Failure to cancel will result in a no-show fee of $50 per person if guests do not arrive within 15 minutes of their reservation. For parties with kids under 6 years, the last seating time is 6:30 PM.

Dress Code Policy: Resort Chic. Athletic and beachwear, baseball caps, flip-flops, Crocs, and slippers are not permitted. Ladies, elegant evening attire is strongly suggested. Gentlemen, collared shirts are required.

We so enjoyed our evening at Paranza. The food was excellent and Gladston made sure we were well taken care of. We definitely will be back!

Was just there in mid August and we were blown away. Definitely a few notches lower on this next visit in all regards. Notable changes, the seafood salad and the octopus dish changed completely. I also had the tagliatelle and they were all claggy and stuck together. Definitely not at the same Michael White level as our first visit.

Surprisingly the steak and the kids steak were amazing. The kids Mac and cheese, also amazing! The risotto was delightful as well. Adam was an amazing server and was very attentive to our table.

Gladston was fantastic! Good was outstanding, salmon tartare, warm shrimp salad and gamberi salads were delicious. Recommend the chocolate torta
