Located in the Marques Pombal area, a few steps from the famous Avenida Liberdade, Paralelo45 is a comfortable and cosy restaurant where the dishes are elaborated from fresh local products in an open kitchen with a very special franco portuguese touch.
The “À La Carte Menu” is created and renewed every season by the young and talented Chef Alison Leroy who takes pleasure in mixing Portuguese and French influences in her «cuisine».
This trendy « Bistro » is the perfect place to discover a menu full of Comfort and surprises at the same time.
Everyday at lunch time, the Chef and her team create a “menu of the day” based on the daily inspiration and the fresh products that were presented to us by our friendly suppliers on the same morning. 17€ is the price of our full menu including a starter, main course, dessert, a glass of wine and coffee.
Our bilingual staff lead by restaurant manager Marco Matias will welcome you in the best conditions and make sure you are optimally cared for.

Out of this world restaurant. Amazing food. Better than the michelin star restaurant we went to the night before. Unique design!

This was our first dinner in Lisbon. Jet lagged from the flight and certainly not into the new time zone we were greeted with friendly and professional team at Paralelo 45 for a 7pm seating. 7 pm is early for Lisbon, which was great to be the first. Good recommendation were good. Food was great and the open kitchen allowed us to see into the passion of the chef. I would certainly return and without question highly recommend.

Nice place. Enjoyed the food. We split a few different dishes—all were good. The goat cheese salad was quite nice, the “mimosa” eggs very pretty and the duck rice very comforting. It is nicely decorated, the noise level was good—we could talk. Service friendly and efficient. Kitchen was calm and focused. Wish this was closer to home.
