   The Paragon Grill has a wonderful location with a deck overlooking the ocean. I went there for breakfast with my two adult children. We were seated quickly and the waiter came to take our drink order which was delivered promptly. It was some time before he took our food order, but that was okay because we were catching up and enjoying the view. We waited an interminably long time to receive our food. Two tables seated after us received their food before we did and we only got it after I asked for it. When it came to the table (delivered by a different waiter) it was warm, but edible. My daughter had ordered gluten free french toast and was about take her first bite when the waiter came to take it away because it was not gluten free bread, she had checked with him that it was when it was delivered. Apparently, our waiter had not ordered gluten free french toast for her. We never saw or were spoken to by our waiter after he took our order. We had to search for someone to give the payment to (didn't want to leave cash on the deck). We had high hopes but the service pretty much ruined our experience.

   Always enjoy going to the Paragon. Leisurely place, great view of the ocean. Great seafood

   The bar side is very noisy , we would have preferred the dining room side but we were too early for dinner. But food and service was excellent.

   My experience was fine the food was fine. but however my husband and I did have to wait 15 minutes after being seated to be greeted by my waitress. to get water and bread. which was a completely turn off to me so the restaurant should serve everyone as equal as they would do.

   I had a lobster roll that was a big disappointment. I think the lobster roll at McDonald's has more lobster in it than the one I got at this restaurant. My friends had the Fish and Chips and there was more batter than fish. The restaurant is in a great location just across from the beach but there are better food options in the same area.

   Went there on a Friday night with my wife. Had the special which was Surf and turf. The surf was local crab that had very little taste in a red sauce. The steak was not a very good cut and was over cooked, I had ask for med rare. The waitress was nice and efficient. My wife had the scallops and she loved them. They were excellent. We had breakfast in the morning and waited over 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee. After that we watched people come in after us and they got there food before we did even though we had ordered before them. The waitress was again fine and efficient. She did get bogged down by a table with a couple kids and a mother who was demanding.

   There is poor service, and there is no service. Paragon fell into the second category. They could not provide a table, so we sat at the bar, and there we waited, waited, and waited. No water, no menu, no acknowledgement by wait staff. Several other couples left when we did after this neglect. Don't count on your reservation being honored!

    The restaurant went above and beyond for a Mothers Day lunch. Excellent service and super food would definitely recommend we ate in the dining room the view and ambiance was everything we hoped for.
