   Paps has been sold. No one managed to notified anyone since you can still make reservations while the place is closed. So there was no food. There was nothing, except a note on the front door apologizing to customers gor not being open.

   I was a little disappointed in our visit, this is the second time we have gone for dinner and I was looking forward to ordering the Reuben sandwich and once again there was no hot mustard. Ended up order a clubhouse sandwich instead. My son order a double smashed burger with nothing but cheese, but the burger came with onions and the meat with still a bit pink inside.

   For a restaurant that lives in the same space as Jack Astor's, Milestones, Moxies, and so forth, I actually found Paps to be the best of the bunch, even if perhaps the least well-known! The diversity and quality of menu items for a casual restaurant is excellent, and the fair prices given the portion sizes is the cherry on top.

   Great food and wonderful service..my niece has celiac and the server made sure it was cooked right for her !!

   Please get regular Prosecco in stock. The Asti is too sweet for me. Other option is mini cava or Prosecco bottles. Thanks.

   Large party closer to the end of their night and they really went the extra mile to provide great service with food to match. Lots to choose from and all fresh and delicious. Great job guys!

   The menu choices are varied, which makes it easy for diners of different tastes or with dietary restrictions. The food was excellent; came fast, piping hot, and was delicious. I’m a tequila lover and their summer cocktail had quite the high end brand. Everything was fantastic, so it was hard to pick the best aspect of this place, but in the end, I chose the staff - they’re friendly, attentive without being annoying, efficient, and the establishment was quite busy.

    I’ve came to this establishment a few times and enjoyed the experience. Unfortunately this time that I came for dinner, I had issues with our orders, the kettle chips were overcooked, and it was extremely loud. I have allergies and have eaten here before but the server told us they were unable to make what I had ordered previously. The issue was I understood and agree to order something else, but she tells us when everyone else is served. I couldn’t eat the appetizers and had not eaten within the hour and twenty minutes I had been there. Luckily, the manager Chris came out to apologize and correct the error saying they are equip and prepared in case for people with allergies and got my order out immediately! I appreciate how kind and how involved he is in his establishment and it definitely turned the night around.
