   The pancakes were delicious! Kind of like a corn bread pancake hybrid, but still super fluffy. Made it a full breakfast by adding blueberries with the maple sausage and soft scramble eggs!

   We were disappointed with our visit. The service was lackluster — our waiter seemed more interested in chatting with coworkers than checking on guests. The food didn’t live up to the hype or the price. We came for brunch and tried the lemon blueberry roll, which was dry and unremarkable. The mushroom grits had maybe two mushrooms and lacked any cheesy flavor. I had the basic breakfast with extra cheddar hash browns — both were bland, and the hash browns were over-fried. The maple sausage patty tasted more like a hamburger. The only highlight was the Paloma, which was well-crafted and refreshing. Unfortunately, the overall experience felt like all hype and no substance.

   This is probably one of our new favorite restaurants because of our experience. We came in promptly at 8am on a Monday, and were served by Justin. He could tell we were a bit all over the place and made some recommendations on what to get. If you take anything from this message, please get the ricotta toast! It lives rent free in my head 🤤

   Wow! Amazing service and good. The Texas Hash with the grapefruit spritz was incredible. The staff is 5 star and it was a wonderful place for brunch!
