Take in breathtaking waterfront views while dining at the Panorama Bar & Grill at Hilton San Diego Airport Harbor Island hotel. Led by Executive Chef Romulo V. Partido, our restaurant features items influenced by his roots in Honolulu, HI. Educated and trained at California Culinary Academy in San Francisco his style is Euro-Pacific Rim cuisine. A lover of Italian, French and Mediterranean flavors, Chef Romulo incorporates Asian ingredients and European techniques. Hawaiian culture also is incorporated into his culinary creations. We offer full breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with craft cocktails, fine wine and San Diego's famous local beers. Some of our specialties include our blistered shishito peppers, with calamansi, a Filipino lime, and smoked sea salt, Michelada shrimp cocktail, sashimi platters and Jidori Huli Huli chicken with Okinawa potato salad. We also feature local artisanal pastry purveyor Jolieana's Choco Flan, Lemon Curd Cheesecake and decadent German Chocolate cake. On the weekends, join us for live music featuring some of San Diego's hottest local talents while taking in the relaxing marina views amidst the San Diego sunset.

Very disappointing … partial menu due to labor shortage … no decor … loud group which should have been in a private room … food barely passable … lots of better choices. Close it down.

Hotel restaurant. Food was okay - not bad. Service this night was terrible. Felt like we were in a low end diner minus the gum smacking.

It’s amazing that more people haven’t found this restaurant. Service, location with nice marina view and good food. I do wish they would expand their menu a bit but still a solid evening!

Panorama is in a nice location at Harbor Island. There is a park right across the street and the restaurant overlooks the docks. The restaurant was very nice & quiet. Our server was friendly & attentive. The food was excellent. We had the Baked Brie as a starter to share. I had the ribeye steak for the main. Both were delicious. Our parking was validated at the restaurant, so make sure to bring the ticket with you to the restaurant.

It’s a hotel so food over priced and my steak was slightly over cooked but it was still good. Our table was by the open door with a cool breeze overlooking the Marina which was 5star

There was no way to get into the restaurant without being a guest of the hotel. They should not allow online reservations.
