A really solid spot with innovative cuisine in PC. The attention to detail in the cuisine was unbelievable, and unbelievably tender octopus - the lightest and flakiest pastry on the empanadas was a great start. Entrees were served with the same attention to detail and our server was quick with suggestions and help with the menu. Will definitely be coming back to Panka.

The food was tasty, the waitress attentive and the ambience good. The musical was friendly (we sat at the table next to him). The location was wonderfully convenient to the Capital Theater where we were attending a show later. The only real negative was that they did NOT have our Open Table Reservation in their book. We got there early so we were seated but a little later this would have been a big problem. Need to straighten this out.

Naomi was our waitress and she was excellent! the resturant itself was okay, the food wasnt as good as I expected, I ordered a seafood dish with rice and it was a bit to soupy for me. My daughter ordered her usual shrimp saltado, and also said it was just okay.

excellent steak dish with plantains & yuca. delicious rotisserie style chicken. talented guitar player. and perfect location for concert at the capitol, even when it's pouring rain. 2 blocks away.

THE FOOD IS EXCELLENT AND NICELY PRESENTED. WAIT STAFF IS OK AND PERSONABLE ALTHOUGH NOT EXTREMELY EFFICIENT.

We made a reservation via Open Table, but when we arrived the restaurant was full and they had not held our reservation. The staff was rude and unhelpful. We never ended up getting a table.

My dining partner and I really enjoyed our dinner at Panka. We opted for the house ceviche and the seafood mariscos, both of which were flavorful and delicious. The service was gracious, our water glasses were continuously refilled and our dinner was served quickly. An enjoyable pre-concert meal.

Food- very uneven- Salmon- so overcooked it was hard and dry- Squid Ink Quinoa- delicious- Grilled Octopus- mushy- Roasted Chicken- excellent Service- had to wave someone down to take our order Ambiance- tables close together-rather noisy
