   Mediocre experience overall. Food wasn’t great, service was very slow, although friendly. The only good thing was the Paloma drink but at $14 it’s pricy.

   Food was great everything was delicious. The server treated us very well and was attentive to our table. They even took special care of our children and gave them a special treat, really amazing.

   We had a 6:00 reservation and were seated immediately. There were two other parties dining when we arrived. We were brought water and a “chefs special” vegetable juice drink to try. It was not pleasant AT ALL. It reminded me of Clamato juice. We sat for 20 minutes and no one came back to take our actual drink order. Other parties had arrived and were placing their order and it was like we were invisible. Maybe understaffed? We also heard a waiter say that they were out of two things on the menu that were major ingredients for the menu. At that point we stood up and left. We have been here twice before with no issue, but this was really probably the last time. Serve guests in the order they arrive. It’s not asking too much.

   Delish food. Great service. She gave great suggestions! Decor very cool. Lovely little gem in the middle of the boring typical tourist restaurants/bars. We'll be back! Thanks 😊

   I did a reservation and went there on time and they didn’t serve me cause they “were closed” even when the hour was available for the reservation. But the worst was the unnecessary attitude of the woman that I guess was the manager for the way how she talked to us. Honestly the place is beautiful but the service was awful, very rude even when was their fault. I suggest you call before doing a reservation to avoid the same bad experience

   We went to Paloma Scratch Kitchen on the last day of our Honeymoon trip. We loved everything! Great customer service, food was delicious and the place looks beautiful 10/10

   Fabulous, imaginative food that made us want to come back for more. My only complaint was that the portions were smaller than I had expected and I would have ordered another appetizer had I known. The cotton candy was a lovely extra touch!

    The bourbon mash was great, the short rib was awesome. A little pricey but worth the price for the quality of food, drinks, and service. I will come back when we return to pigeon forge
