   Terrible food and service. We received our meals and two out of four were sent back. I’m a vegetarian and I ordered the portobello lasagna... I received the meat lasagne. My boyfriends chicken parm was dry and salty. Really bad. On top of that our server was more concerned with setting up other tables then asking us if we needed more water or how our meals were. The bartender was also yelling at customers across the Dinning hall. It was really just obnoxious. We spoke to the manager and he rectified the situation, but no chance I’ll be back anytime soon.

   I took my 5 year old son here for Valentine's Day. It was perfect for what we needed - a nice restaurant where a child's presence wouldn't ruin anyone's date night. I wouldn't come back unless I was staying there though, because the dining room felt like I was eating in the hotel lobby. The waterfalls were lovely though and service was outstanding.

   We loved our experience dining here! We had a group of close friends for our mum's birthday, and the staff took care of her and us all. They sang happy birthday to her as they brought out her cake, and filled our water glasses the minute they ran low. It was also pretty quiet for a Friday evening, which we loved even more! Loved practically everything about the experience!

   The food tended toward hotel bland...We were hoping it would be better...They do have a nice wine list and the service was very attentive. The value was not good and so I cannot recommend this restaurant to others.

   I was disappointed because they had a lot of really interesting things on the menu, but ended up having nothing but sandwich options for lunch. The food was good though, and we had the place to ourselves. Unlike a lot of hotel restaurants, it was decent value for the money.

   Represents itself as an Italian restaurant but only Italian on the menu was flatbread pizza. We didn't stay.

   I don't usually frequent hotel restaurants; however, Padella is an exception. Pretty water falls background, quiet for conversation, excellent food, and reliable service. I would go back!

   It was a very good experience at Padella .But food item was very limited for dinner even though quality was excellent.Service person were very friendly(Tofika and Fatima)

    Larry our serve was excellent, recommended wine that was great. Food was excellent with great service.
