   When we arrived there was a group ahead of us at the entrance. We all awkwardly huddled by the door and eventually another party stood behind us. There was no hostess. We waited for 15min and no one ever greeted us or asked about our reservation. The table sitting close to the entrance offered us a menu. We ended up leaving after 15-20min of no one ever manning the door.

   I’m sorry to have to rate so poorly but you need to see/hear it. The restaurant wasn’t nearly busy enough to have multiple groups of people waiting for someone to greet them. One bride actually cleaned their own table and sat themselves. The food was good once it actually arrived, but no side plates? Missing meals? The bar was losing drinks or just not getting the orders. It was from start to finish a failure of the host, the bartender, the kitchen. The server tried but there’s only so much you can do with no support.

   Entree Food was good. Our Table was super sticky. They had no tea. Table chips were not crunchy, like stale. I hope this place makes it. If the service team steps up and is more present and faster, the entree food coming out of kitchen was awesome.

   We’ve been to the one on Magnolia and we both agree that that is the better one to go to. We went when the weather wasn’t very good and there was hardly anybody in there, but our waitress forgot about us for a little bit and we felt rushed as we were given our food, almost as if it had been waiting.

   Nice place- the staff was busy and was not as tentative as hoped but still worth it.

   Food was phenomenal. But service was terrible!!! We asked for refills and only got one of them. Asked for more chips and didn’t get any.

   The ability to make a reservation is a big plus for this restaurant and makes dinning at busy times more manageable. Food is basic Mexican. Service was ok.

   We were seated and after 10 minutes we finally got a menu and water. Ten minutes later our drink orders were taken. Twenty minutes later the waitress said that my husbands order was out of stock. By the time she came back with alternative drinks, we told her to forget it and we left. There did not seem to be any concern for the awful service, almost like they expected it. Will never return!
