Waiter was very nice but did mess up an order for my aunt and she ate last as a result. The girl who took care of us for bowling was way overbooked and checked on us only once the whole time.

It was my husband’s surprise birthday and from prior visits, it was essentially my first choice. This is the first time where I found the service to be slow and unorganized. We were a group of 20- and it took us more than 2 hours to get everyone’s order and to close our checks. Our server was great and ultimately I believe they were short on staffing. We even signed up for the wait list for bowling and was told that it would be an hour and a half wait- and we stayed around for another 2 hours to play games and never even got called or notified. By that point, our party was over it and everyone headed home. Not recommended for big parties.

Service left much to be desired. One of the members of my party got soda that was flat and the exchanged soda was not even the same kind. Three of the meals were incorrectly made and sent back. It took them three tries to get the bill right! The first time they charged my party for the meals they sent back. The second time they added gratuity when it explicitly stated in the menu that it would be added for parties of 10 or more and we only had 9. The waitress lied to us and said that gratuity was added when it you had 9 people. I asked to see the manager. Another employee returned with corrected bills. I won’t be returning here to eat.

Met up with friends for post-work happy hour at Level 257. Pros: -Cool atmosphere: tons of old and new arcade games, and the latest stern pinball pinball machines. Bowling lanes and many TVs for watching games -Happy hour: all regular drafts were $3-4 during their happy hour. Some appetizers were discounted -Service: friendly hosts and servers. All staff were helpful and were able to point out items to avoid with certain food allergies Cons: -The food we ordered (BBQ nachos and Pizza) were awful and lacking flavor. I’d stick to drinks next time -located next to/in Woodfield mall, so there were more kids than we anticipated in the arcade after 9-10PM

Went there with our daughter (8) for family date night. Good food (great portions too,) great lighting, plenty to do (for a cost though. $40 extra spent on a card for gaming.) Overall, awesome place for the once-in-a-while family night out. Will be going back to try out bowling.
