   Nice bar great singer on food delicious though felt a bit rushed to finish meal n drinks n leave to allow others in to dine ended up leaving early to find another bar to drink

   The service in the OUI bar & kitchen was excellent from start to finish. The food we had was tasty and a reasonable portions. Venue itself was very pleasant for a new hotel a good blend of styles with nothing too much 'in your face'. Would not hesitate to return - very handy for a Hydro pre-concert meal!

   We were allocated a table just inside the door leading from the hotel to the restaurant, behind the host's table. To say if was freezing is not an exaggeration. Every time the front doors of the hotel opened (which was often) we were subjected to an icy blast of air which spoilt the meal. We mentioned this to a few servers but were not offered an alternative table - probably because the restaurant was full. We could not wait to eat and go. The menus is too limited. As someone who doesn't like burgers, cannot eat pizza and is lactose intolerant there were very few suitable options. Bottom line is I would not go back.

   Really enjoyed it food was amaizng and the cocktails girl called Emma was so lovely. Would definitely recommend

   Sadly not a great experience. The staff weren't really set up and ready for service, which was ok as it was New Year's Day lunch, so there's some leeway there. But we had to ask for drinks, then me u, then when they did take our order, the kitchen got confused so we ended up waiting an hour for sandwiches. We were in the Sky Red Bar which has a fab view, but a really sticky floor! Not one for us I'm afraid

   Bit of a wait to be seated while female staff member was watching the band. Then tried to seat us right next to the band. I asked to be further away due to a hearing issue, she then tried to seat us at a table right next to entrance. I asked if it was possible to sit in one of the several booths that were free. She said "whatever" & walked away, very rude. No drinks offered or explanation of menus via QRS code on table. Waited about 10 mins for another member of staff to appear. Thankfully Stephen was fantastic, super efficient & very attentive. Food was nice & service was quick once we had ordered. Band that was there at 5pm didn't really suit NYE. Air-con also was too high so felt cold at our table, it did warm up but then went cold again.

    Food was good and served quickly however overall customer service was poor. When staff were taking our order they were quick to get away, this resulted in us no getting drinks until mid way through the meal.
