   Food was great Unfortunately we booked for supper but we're not told the kitchen closed at 6:00 So it turned out to be an early evening

   I had lunch at the counter. The prosecco was very good! The homemade mozzarella was good and the pizza was good.

   Reason for posting this is very poor customer service. Me and my wife made a reservation on OpenTable for 5:30 9/2/17 Saturday and arrived at Restaurant and the hostess told us they were closed for a private party. No apology for overbooking. Since we had a reservation at ottimo that made it impossible to made another reservation on OpenTable. Luckily we go to Hurleys quite often and they where able to get us in.

   Once again, Michael Chiarello has done a great job. The presentation of his menu choices at Ottimo is very creative and his staff is well trained. When we arrived, the restaurant was experiencing a power failure but that did not have a negative impact on their customer service or service in general. Thanks for a wonderful experience. We will be back!

   Authentic Italian eatery. We enjoyed the food very much. Will be returning and will recommend to family and friends. The server was very attentive and made us feel welcome. Had a nice conversation with him. Unfortunately, we didn't get his name. Thank you!

   The food is really tasty the atmosphere great , but the portions are extremely small so for the money , I would go somewhere else. If they increase the size of portions we would go back . The wait staff was very good .

   The food was great and I loved the atmosphere. The service was not as good as the food. I would recommend to anyone in spite of that. Cool place.

    This was our first time here. Our server Taylor was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about all the menu items and very helpful. All of the staff was very friendly. The pizza was great. The salads were okay, not great. It is pretty pricey but for the area I guess it is expected.
