   Ostras is our favorite restaurant in Ashland. Oliver is a most gracious and knowledgeable host/owner. His knowledge of Spanish and local wines grately enhances the food selections.

   Red wine was much too cold. The taste was impaired by the chilled wine. Server stated that it was taken out of the fridge.

   Very personal service. Good conversation with each staff member who all provide exceptional service. The ingredients and execution of each dish is amazing. The knowledge that the staff has about wine and cocktails fare exceeds my expectation. You will enjoy the food and learn something each time you go! Best resturant in Ashland!

   Delicious food and great service! Spanish Sardines & Brussels Sprouts Salad (try it with Blue Cheese crumbles) were great starters. NY Steak with Chimichurri Sauce was grilled perfectly. Seared Scallops with Romesca Sauce was outstanding!

   Fabulous food, drinks, and service. The tapas were better than I’ve had in Spain and the staff were extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, and clearly passionate about food. Can’t wait to return next time we’re in Ashland.

   Not really a tapas restaurant, as the plates are far too large. Some dishes were good, but others were dubious - ie the chicken thighs. The wine selection was good, service great, and ambience excellent.

   This is probably my fourth time at Ostras, a place with lovely, fun ambience and a welcoming air. The tapas have always been great, and we have always been well guided on our drinks and wine choices by the bartender. Service started off a bit slow, but I think it's because they were a tad understaffed--something that is pretty typical of restaurants these days. It's a welcoming place; I've been there happily alone and with family.

    Absolutely enjoyed the meal. This was our first visit to Ostras and we will be returning. The small plates were really impressive. Taste and presentation were excellent. The staff was also wonderful along with the wine selection and the knowledge regarding the wines. This was a dinner where we did not know what to expect and were certainly happy with our choice.
