   The soup was really good and the fish was great with a nice light batter, but they were let down by frozen chips and a bread roll that I’d say was bought in part baked. It would be worth making a bit of effort with the sides to match the calibre of the main parts of the meal. Fresh bread and real chips isn’t a lot to ask.

   Pros - Food was lovely followed with generous portion sizes. We had a set menu so cannot comment on the normal A La Carte menu. Nice decor and ambience. We visited with our baby of 10 months. The staff checked back on our table after food was served. Cons - Never asked for allergies. Our table allocation was not the best, it was right next to a live singer and the high chair which I requested through Open Table was not there on arrival. I had to ask for a children's menu. Also the children's food has salt in it (chips), which I mentioned to the waiting on staff to feed back to the kitchen that really they don't need to put salt on kiddos food. Not accessible for wheelchair users as there are stairs leading into restaurant.

   Lovely Mother’s Day Sunday lunch . The menu was such good value and really tasty. We really enjoyed it and would go again.

   What a lovely restaurant experience. Beautiful ambience and the service was superb. The food was delicious and well presented. Great value for money. Will be returning frequently. My new go to place to eat. Would 100 % recommend .

   Very good service and nice surroundings. I think since the change in the Restaurant menu to a more medertranian feel the business might not do as well as the old Oscars . The menu was smaller and tailored to a more deserning client base I feel. Bit pricey compared to the old one.

   We booked wanting table d'hote menu not realising that at the moment Sundays menu is "Sunday Lunch". The restaurant kindly allowed our party of five to enjoy the table d'ote menu. Our diverse choices were all excellent in quality and presentation. The staff stayed on to allow us to work through the menu for which we were all grateful. The willingness of the staff to accommodate us was brilliant and I cannot praise the whole experience enough, fabulous evening!!

   Beautiful restaurant but let down by the food. Cannot fault the service at all, staff very attentive and we were looked after well. There was no ambience at all, there were only ourselves and two other tables that were taken. The rest of the restaurant was empty. This may be due to Melange being new and not yet having had enough exposure. I’m not sure I would return which is a shame. There are far better restaurants in the area which I would go back to.

   Excellent meals, really enjoyed them. Only issue was the wait from ordering meals to be served. Also with the sweets too. However, the venue is lovely and again food excellent, just a shame the time.e food was eventually served.

    Arrived 30 mins early gave name and reservation time. Was asked to sit in the bar and wait, ordered drinks and did so. The table reservation time came and went, so went back to ask if ready for us. They couldn’t find my reservation, I had to show them on the screen, they had already logged me as being seated. Took seat at table and ordered further drinks. A further 30 mins passed before anyone took our food order despite others being seated and ordering around us. Service took far too long between courses our meals where delivered to other tables incorrectly then eventually brought to us. 2 hours in and waited a further 20 mins to get someone’s attention to order dessert. Which then after anither 20 mins hadn’t arrived. Asked for bill and promptly left. Disappointed as was really looking forward to a lovely night out with my wife.
