   Horrible service. Was there for our 8 year olds birthday, the chef seemed less than enthusiastic to be there, didn’t really put on a show for the kids. No beer or liquor due to remodeling, would have been nice to know before making reservations . Will never go back to this Osaka again.

   The floor was very disgusting as we walked in. It seemed like it was greasy and dirty. If my boys hadn’t wanted to eat there so much, we would have just left as soon as I felt Like it wasn’t very clean. The service was just okay. Had a hard time getting the server’s attention after he had taken our orders. We wanted to order additional drinks and the boys wanted chopsticks. By the time we were finally able to get chopsticks, their food was cold and they didn’t eat much of it. I had ordered steamed rice while everyone else at our table ordered fried rice. I had to ask twice to actually receive it. We chose this restaurant over Benihana just so we wouldn’t have to go to Mall of America and be around so many people. I was very disappointed in our experience and next time will choose to risk contact with the masses.

   Don’t have liquor license anymore which didn’t tell you until waiter takes order. Food was not as good as in past. Lacked seasoning and chicken was tough.

   This place is good for a family outing. We enjoyed our time here while in Minnesota. Lots of food for the price. Nice to get noodles with our meal. Sushi was tasty also. I would suggest this place.

    A group celebration at Osaka never disappoints. We celebrated a family birthday and it was fun, even with 8 guest. The chef was incredibly capable and did the onion volcano and the zucchini toss tricks which always delights. We had a gluten free diner and a number of special requests and all were met. There's a fine line between keeping things moving and feeling rushed - I'd say that this time - things did feel a bit rushed. Otherwise, it's a reliable spot for kids of all ages, including my Mom in her 80's.
