   Really terrible food all around. I can’t say I have ever had such a terrible oyster. The oyster was old and served WARM. My clients were very disappointed and considering how amazing the food in FiDi is, I will likely never be back.

   The food ambiance and service are all amazing. Attentive service without being overwhelming. The food is delicious. The taramisu pancakes are unique and so delicious.

   Service was very slow. I had to ask for a water refill and my coffee order was incorrect. They seemed short-staffed and it didn’t make sense to seat tables all over the restaurant when there was only one server. The server was running all around the restaurant trying to keep up. I ordered in-room dining my second morning because I didn’t want to tolerate slow service again.

   Chicken salad was the only positive. Food took a hour even though restaurant was maybe a quarter full. And then 2 of 4 pasta dinners were cold. Ambience felt more like a hotel cafe rather than a restaurant. Skip it.

   The food was okay, nothing special. The drinks took quite a while to arrive, which was disappointing. Overall, the experience was pretty mediocre—not bad, but not particularly impressive either. Probably wouldn’t go out of my way to return.

   Thought a restaurant at a four seasons hotel couldn’t go wrong but it did in so many ways. Waiter recommended sea bass which was a special which is not on the menu that night, but a trout came. I asked him how sea bass has orange flesh and he said it was fresh water sea bass (?????) and their flesh changes color depending on what they eat. It was obviously a trout. He just didn’t want to admit his mistake. He also highly recommended carbonara and it was the worst carbonara I had which had an over $30 price tag. We ordered a half bottle of Sauvignon Blanc which was at$37 and he gave us $60 half bottle of something else. We didn’t read the label and found that out when we got the bill. Broccolini was blend. The only thing that was good was mushroom arancini. Total was around $200. It may have been an off night, but we had to pay high price nonetheless.

    Overall good, but the service was slow (despite us clarifying when we arrived that people could dine by 12:45 there were plates that came out at 12:41). Food was tasty and staff were pleasant.
