   Lovely restaurant and excellent service. The menu and food looks and sounds great but was just ok. Would try again in the summer for lunch the location and view is outstanding.

   A bit disappointing experience. as they were closing the next day til march, they ran out of ingredients and had to substitute poorly. Lemon sorbet on peach cobbler?? Small portions large prices. Service was trying but overall just a meh NYE dinner. Decorating was weak and 70s cover music was odd for NYE.

   At 6:20 I asked if we could have a table that wasn't in the middle of the room because I am hearing impaired. I was told every table was taken, yet no one sat a over half the tables until 9 o'clock when we were about done. 3 meals came out and my rare tuna took an extra 10 minutes. The restaurant wasn't really busy until we were leaving yet and yet we had to ask for bread 3 times. It is a beautiful restaurant and each time we give it another try it's like the NY giants, disappointing.

    Excellent all around! Jason Reiff and his staff provide a friendly, professional experience in a beautiful setting overlooking the marina on the Shrewsbury River directly facing Sandy Hook. The food is terrific all around. I especially enjoy the salmon and fresh fish of the day.
