   Service was fantastic, friendly and did not rush our large group following lunch. Food was delicious and reasonable priced. Excellent specials and good deal on Canadian pints of beer during the lunch hour. The Uxbridge location was great. For me personally, I only wish there was a location closer to me in Markham or Scarborough.

   Great place to eat. Great food and an excellent value. Would recommend this restaurant to all my friends. Excellent service waitresses are very friendly and pleasant to deal with

   Our party of 15 ranged in age from 75 to infant. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered. The food tasted amazing. So many good items to choose from. Great value for the whole family!

   We dine at one eyed jacks weekly. Service was inexperienced and lacked the level we are accustomed to. Many missed opportunities for your restaurant (drinks) Ceiling was leaking onto our food and we moved the tables apart to miss the drops. Rate our experience 4/10

   Our server was delightful at the Uxbridge restaurant. We had Holly serving us and it was VERY busy. Our little corner seating was drafty and cold (to no-ones fault) and at first we asked to be moved, then not, then we got cold again, and it was the draft each time people held the door open. Holly was kind and sympathetic throughout, but the restaurant was too busy to be moved and we were fine once the food arrived-which was super quick! What great service! In the summer we go to the Lindsay restaurant when we are up north, but we live west of Toronto. Please open up in Burlington! We love love love the One Eyed Jack and you’d be a huge hit out here!

   Overall a pretty good experience for our first time - it's unfortunate that you can't make a reservation for 4 people and only 6 and up. The clam chowder soup was good but barely warm, chicken wings were over done and dry and the beef in Yorkshire pudding had way too much meat in it - tasted pretty good but such a waste with all the meat . Also only 1 bathroom for men and 1 for women and 1 for handicapped was surprising. Would come back and try other meal options as there is a lot on the menu

   The only issue i had was our table was right in the way of all the freezing cold air coming through the front doors. Made our food cold and my mum was shivering

   The staff was very unhelpful, we had a handicap person and they were not going to change our table from a high bar table to a regular one until we got angry. We had a reservation and on the app there is no place to ask for a handicap table. They also put a time limit on our meal so they could use the table for the next reservation. They hovered around the table and made us very unwelcome. This was our family Christmas dinner we felt like we were in Who Ville and we were being served by the Grinch. The manager did not seem to be concerned about our concerns, I felt like I was talking to the hand. I don’t think we will be going back there. The staff could have moved two tables together around the corner from where we sat but they couldn’t think of doing that for us. They also came to the table after we ordered and said the daily specials where for lunch only and we would have to pay more for the meal, they gave us the paper with the specials on and they handed it to another table after we got our meal. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing.

   Reservation was ready upon arrival. Excellent waitress serving our group…very knowledgeable and helpful when ordering food. Food arrived in a reasonable time and was hot and well presented. Each of us ordered a different dinner and everyone enjoyed their choice. We were a large group (12) and the noise factor did not affect our conversations. A good experience and all suggested we return in the future.

    Lots of parking when we arrived, table was ready and we were met by very friendly staff. Our waitress was very nice funny and and knew the large menu. Food was served hot, it all came at once and was delicious. We would definitely return
